You know, I am lucky enough to get tickets to all home games, as my organisation sponsors the club, but even so, I am now sorely tempted to buy a season ticket!!

Will be interesting now to see how many people who stayed away from the club now stay true to there words and come back, when I mean come back I mean tickets, memberships, sponsorship, shop sales etc..

We all need to get behind the club, turn up (as above) and more importantly get as many people as we know to get involved.

i feel like an egyptian this morning years of tyranny as been overthrown and its time to move on for the better of the people and the club, im sure theres so many fans who have stayed away over the years with how the club has been run NOW is the time for you all to get yourself to home games support the team and show the new owners your love for this club, better gates, more merchandise more ground sales can only lead to better times and make mr glover and his team realise he has bought a club of the people and we can strengthen the team on the field through our support so if youve stayed away I URGE you get down to belle vue this season it might not always be pretty but these players and the new management team need our support we have hit rock bottom NOW is the time to bounce back and we all can help.

I never realised living in Stanley was that bad!!!

Thats why i posted this, not having a dig at the guy's on here because i've not doubt they'll be back in, its the pub fans.

Not sure what the club can do to drag people out of the pub when it's on tv.

Personally I don't think you can beat being at the match.

One thing that gives me hope is the nature of the new owner's background. From a quick skim of his business interests on the interweb, I get the impression he is astute regarding marketing and the like. I don't believe Ted and co were blissfully unaware over this, but even when we did go from complete short-term to longer-term development with the academy & community set up, the funding and capacity never really seemed to be there to tap into whatever potential market exists in the area.

Hopefully, the combination of a new broom and the experience of selling in a competitive market that seems to have grown on the back of a fairly innovative approach to spreading their name should mean the new BoD are better able to put inplace what is needed. He also seems to have more integrity than one would expect from many double glazing sellers, if that counts for something.

Is that supposed to be a compliment ????

those of you watching MM have maybe just seen why many stayed away or left, we had great players but our cash flow management meant we could not keep them, or get best value for money when they left even.

For years I considered myself round about the #1 Trinity fan but under Kear waiting for a stadium I won't be watching Wakefield anymore.
It's god awful even when we win and I'm sick of those behind the scenes treating us like turds.
Hats off to those who will go this season.
