If that is the case then the club will be going into Admin, because if someone was taking over the existing company they would be bound by TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006)

As inmarketing to other companies to get sponsors on board, press releases I don't think are his bag, and in all fairness under current circumstances, they should be coming from the top only, but as mentioned earlier, Diane doesn't know, hopefully when she goes in to work and all her stuff is in a box she'll have a clearer idea!!! |
