The 'exec' roles that Elston, Maskill and Stevenson currently hold could be carried out by one competent and suitably skilled person. We could also get a significantly cheaper head coach.
I think the community dept is the wrong place to look for savings - I'm sure I heard at the stadium info event last year that it pays for itself in terms of the grant income it attracts; am I remembering that correctly?

you did hear correctly the community dept is funded from outside the club and also brings in a considerable amount of money  |

i am not the facilities manager but i believe if the scoreboard is turned off parts fail and it is dearer to replace the parts than the power consumption to leave it on  |

Looking at our squad, there are only Obst, Murphy, Ferguson and possibly Jeffries who have transfer value and i imagine the total value will be a maximum 200k and i think that is being generous. |
