its that exact attitude why our players dont progress, he maay not have the natural skill of Solomona but very very few do, but he can be taught how to use his centres and half backs to create more its called coaching. If we said he is not that kind of player with everyone then we will continue to play the one out pathetic style of rugby we have been playing. In order for players to develop they need to be coached if they are not going to do that then change the job title to manager as thiss is where our coaching staff get confused beteen the two. If yyou listen to micheal mcguire he often states how the players came to training with a great work ethic and a willingness to LEARN, and when you are learning all the time it can inspire you. we dont have the money other clubs have so we need to invest more time COACHING PLAYERS and less time trying to manage, because at the end of the day we need individuals who are developing and our young oes clearly do not after the initial debut season or two.
