to keep the fans base we have now, never mind some hyperthetical future fan base, I really dont buy in to this idea that the stadium alone will rise the pheonix from the ashes, IT WONT!

It could just as easily be the thing that ends the club as saves it if we dont sort out the product on ofer to the public by the time it opens.

After todays score and looking over our shoulder in the league at teams that are now starting to catch us up, And with know-one at the pesent time being able to direct us around the pitch would it be fair to say are season could be over before we even get to may.

We have lost the services of Newton, brough, tronc, we are also suffering a bit of an injury crisis at the minute, time for some of the money saved on the previously named trio to be spent!!!
Our season is in danger of collapsing, and money in the bank, never to be seen again is not going to get us out of it. If not let's have one of the amigos come out and state we aren't going to/haven't got any to spend.
Too many times we have sold/released players only to manage, let's see a change of tac this time, maybe we might encourage some more supporters, rather than putting all our eggs in the one basket of a shiny new stadium.

We can all say what if. What if Newton hadn't been stupid & taken HGH? What if we hadn't sold Brough? What if Mrs Tronc hadn't been "homesick"? But the fact is we have to go with the 17 that JK picks on the day.

Today's 17 weren't at the races defensively in the first half, but they improved in the second (no doubt after a bollocking from JK). We had a chance to win the game where we had a 3 on 1 overlap but thanks to "Captain Fantastic" got try line fever and blew it.

JK has a hell of a lot of work to do if our season is going to be brought back on track. Leeds are starting to perform to their usual standards and if we don't improve quickly I fear that Wakey fans going to Murrayfield will see us concede a cricket score.

If players are going to be brought in they need to be brought in very damn quickly, if not the players should be told that they are the one's who need to work out who's going to bring some creativity on to the pitch for the rest of the season. If they can't do that this year, there'll be little point bringing creativity in next year because we'll have already sealed our fate in the applications for a 2012 franchise.

so we have to market the product of which at the moment the place is a run down loved shamble, and a team out on its feet not even half way through the season,

we ought to start looking for players that want to make the big time from below the super league rather than the ones that think they have a god forbidden right to be there, why hasn't someone viewed Jessie Joe Parker who seems to want top score tries for fun

for one it not the right time to bring in players of any substance, we are going to have to make do with want we have unless there is a player that is unsettled I now of none
sonny bill williams might be praised away from RU but at what price and one man standing alone is worth naff all, get some players that show they want to play for us
