| I'll be honest with you I didn't like him when he was at wigan and bradford because of the way he plays, he's a very much in your face type player that won't take to much crap, niggally in the tackle and looking for that gap, sooooo pleased he his on our side with him BJ and Morrison they should have enough on the bulls this year to get some pay back

TBH, out of those 3 players the only one I think is still a threat is Morrison

Agreed, if Morrison has some luck with injuries Wakefield have made a tremendous signing and he will come back to haunt us for sure. Missed alot of games for the Bulls though and his quota status made it difficult to retain him.
BJ had some good games for us, but also went missing at times. I use to rate Newton but in 09 he was garbage, glad we have sent him off to his retirement home and signed a younger replacement.

The proof of the pudding and all that, we'll come back to this at some point during the season

Everything at Bradford depends on their overseas signings. Everything - even Macca's job!

| None of us are able to see into the future. Bulls fans base their views on the evidence of a season or so of average form at best. I can understand them concluding that they are well rid and we are likeley to regret the signing. However the evidence we think is relevant is the fact that fans of many clubs including our own said similar things about the signings of Moore, Bibey and Wilkes. Equally many also questioned the wisdom of the siging of Blaymire, Fox and Brough.
One of the fascinating things about supporting Trinity is seeing if the management team can get the most out of someone old, tempremental, used or rejected. Their form in this respect has been excellent - in my recollection only really failure being prop signed from Warrington in the season after the great relegation escape (apologies name escapes me).
I have no idea about the likely success of Newton as a dreadanaught but I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out. If I had to put money on it - I have faith in JK to motivate Newton. But I think the Bull fans perspective is reasonable.

| yes the bulls fans have a point, newtons form was bellow his usual standard for the bulls but so was every one Else's!!! that's why they had a bad season. they don't want to play for a coach and club who shaft their players and they done it again already this season "walker" so cant see them being any different this year. newton is the first to admit his form wasn't good, but now he is where he wants to be with a coach he respects i am sure he will do well for us

"Quote" But perhaps most impressive is another bumper Wildcats home crowd – 9,237 for a Saturday TV game in the cold and wet is a fine effort from one of Super League’s most progressive clubs "Gareth Walker the Mirror"

| Terry is a very good player if he is motivated and Iam sure King Kear and Beans will have him firing come the start of the season...
