And people have the cheek to talk about our ground
isnt there a ground somewhere else in the town with a bigger capacity that isnt being used for the playoffs?
could we not play there?

I reckon we could easily shift over 2,000 tickets without a problem, how would the allocation work though?'"
Approx 3500 (at the very most) Wakefield fans there yesterday. Why on earth would you need 2000 tickets at Craven Park?
Anyway, the golf stand holds 1200, so this will be more than enough for your 5 to 600.

Oh dear! You've been listening to Eddie!!
HKR are certainly one of the best away supported clubs, but please don't fall for the drivel of Hemmings!
There were not more HKR fans than Wakey fans at BV yesterday!
Still, if you say something enough times...

Part time supporter I know but I was a Mott The Hoople fan before I was a Trinity fan
Mott the Hoople, saw them at Leeds Town Hall back in '73 or '74 (can't remember) and the support group was QUEEN !!!. Might still have Brain Capers on Vinyl somewhere, unless our kid nicked it when he wennt off to Uni in '73

| After years (nay, years and years and years) of seeing an end full of red and white when Hull KR come visiting it was strange to have the North Terracing orange!

| Pretty disrespectful towards Catalans a side who could well humble some! Lets focus on one game at a time and not get carried away. To even think about round 2 in the play-offs we need to be at our best and have a little luck.
Even if we win, it wouldn't surprise me if KR went and beat Leeds.

| I agree about Catalan. Our recent good form could cost us now, as we are playing teams we have recently humbled, and revenge is a good motivator. Remember that the Catalan chairman offered all the players a free pass out of the club after we beat them last week. A week later, they beat Saints. They will come to Belle Vue pretty motivated.
If we do get through, KR away is a game I will gladly miss. They treat away fans appallingly, and if we won, I wouldn't be sure to get back to my car without getting thumped. They bring a lot to the party in terms of numbers, but they bring an attitude to the party that the game can do without.

Barman in Perpignan last week told us that Warrington and Hull KR bring the most fans to France, but the Hull KR fans spend all weekend fighting. It's not just a KR thing though, because the Hull FC game used to have the biggest risk of trouble. Must be something to do with the city, because away fans seem to have problems at the FC ground too.

God don't some people spout some drivel, I have been to every away match this season, including perpignan and have seen nothing more than the odd gobe spouting off and becoming an iritant and as for constant fighting in perpignan, give it a rest.
We may have the odd fans on here who like to perpetuate the myth that we travel in bigger numbers then migrating widerbeast but that doesn't mean we should get constantly tarred with the brush that we are somehow RL's version of Millwall.
All teams have there sets of numpties (remember your televised game against catalan where the cameras showed the abuse the group of 4 catalans fans, including a woman, got at your place) but spouting this kind of thing just gives our sport a bad name.
I was a BV on Saturday and apart from our performance I enjoyed the day out, the wakey fans I met were very sociable and I'm sure if come Saturday week and IF you beat catalan you'll be met with the same cordiallity at our place.
RL is a family sport and 99.9% of the people who go treat it as such, don;t preach the minor negatives and especially on hearsay, the national press do a good enough job of putting our sport down without us helping.

| Do a poll of the fans from all the clubs outside of Hull on who are the most troublesome fans, and I bet the two Hull clubs will come top.
I agree that most fans will be okay, and maybe it is a debate for a different day, but Hull seems to have its fair share of numpties, and when one or both of the clubs start to do well, they come crawling out. I accept that the KR fans who were there three years ago, back in the NL1 days, will be fine.
The problem is made worse by the fact that both clubs seem happy to make it uncomfortable for away fans. Hull KR as a club treated Wakey fans very poorly this year, and the stewards at the KC don't seem to mind the intimidation of away fans by a large section of idiots that goes way beyond banter.
