All players have a value (exept Thorman) and wakefield must be in control their spending. If another club thinks he's worth more then it is about of time he moved on.

Sad at this news, hope we did what we could to keep him. Big loss on this seasons form in my opinion.

Think I agree with this. If JK and the club think he is worth less than the player and another club, then they should go. Sad to see them go but it's better to keep the bank in the black on not through the silly money around.
There will be others like them out there.

Sorry to see him leave, he always give 100% A grafter who doesn't always get the credit he deserves - we will miss him.

Sorry we could not keep him but it comes down to value, Castleford value him higher than us.

Had a good season for us and again sorry we could not keep him but I won't lose any sleep over it.

Sorry to see both Snitch and Wilkes leaving but considering next year we are looking at a second row of Morrison (class!) and Ferguson (improving all the time) they would certainly not both have been first choice players for us next year. The biggest disappointment for me is that they are both British and one of their replacements is not.

is looking very good, plus Moore, Bibb and hopefully Korki. I still think it leaves us needing a couple more forwards, but I wouldn't be too concerned that the losses of Snitch and Wilkes will hit us that badly.

I follow enough Rugby in general to know Quins have won 1 out of their last 10 games! Golden has been anonymous during any TV games and/or media write ups.

To be fair to him, that is his game though. Does all the graft with little recognition from observers who look only for the players making breaks, offloads etc. Every team needs someone like him IMO.

Agreed! But IMO opinion there is only room for one grafting second row on the pitch at a time. Sometimes this season i believe we have lacked the width that a "creative" second rower like Morrison would offer, when two of snitch, ferguson or Hendo have been on. Hopefully, Ferguson can continue to be our tackling machine and Morrison can run wider and cause the defences problems or at least something different from one up rugby!

Yep agree, but do think Ferguson could also be developed into that type of player too!

He is certainly a bigger loss for us than the crab ferres. Snitch has been oustanding this year and to lose him to a worser club thn ours in the Tigers its really poor. Will be sad to lose Snitch.

Thats would be an idealscenario and we'll just have to wait and see as he develops. Suppose Morrison is a great player to learn a few tricks from though!
