He's out for the season (6 months at least) needs op on shoulder that he damaged again against us.
So if he's been released I suspect it's for this.

Nay nay and thrice nay.
Backward step, we play better as a unit without him, he hasn't done what he used to in a long time, he's even more overweight and unfit now and I get the impression that when he left he tried to make out he was blameless.
Yes someone may get the odd moment of magic from him, but I think there is far more danger it'd only ruin my memory of what he was capable of at best.

As JK once said, for every try he created he conceded a few more. Would imaging he would be out of shape too. A Solomona more out of shape than normal may not do us much good imo.

say what you want but sol is a quality player, and if fit is a great addition to any side. sol hasn't had an off season rest for a couple of years due to world cup and other commitments. if the shoulder turns out ok and he gets a good pre season and comes back fit, he will do well who ever he is with . i think there are 2 or3 clubs that may be interested.

Nah, short fix, if it could even be deemed as that, we need to be looking and planning for the future and I can't possibly imagine that that includes Solo. |

Not for one minute. As good as he was for Wakefield between 2004 and 2006 I wouldn’t want to see a poorer version here again. Any money used on him I would much rather see retain one of the academy lads who have they career ahead of them |
