I know Wrighty was tall for a H/B but are you sure he was 6'2"? He used to stand near me at Trinty matches and I'm 6'2" and he wasn't as tall as me. I'd say 6' at the most which is still massive for a S/O.

| A name from the late fifties, Wilf Adams, 6'-4" and around 20 stones. Not the most mobile prop but when he hit them they stayed hit.
There was a story that he went to heath common fair which had a boxing booth in those days. There was a prize for anyone who lasted three rounds with the "Champion", Wilf stepped forward and the "champ" promptly retired, to the derisive jeers of the watching crowd.
