and they have no thought for the kids who play football on a sunday have they?

to be fair neither have I , I think its harsh on kids to except them to play rugby and then football and get annoyed when players miss training or games when another sport takes first choice . when kids have 2 sports at the weekend this means 1 is not as important as the next yet to most of the rugby and football team they play with its the most important thing in the world . not for me at all ,However that's my choice Im sure you and others who put kids through this know better than me .

yes it seems very hard to find anything out about the humberside clubs except im sure they play with lots of enthusiasm and joy . should be a great day out and hopefully we get to move our game to midweek .

been told last night we Stanley rangers U14s has drawn Hunslet Parkside at home in the Barla cup, not seen the rest of the draw as yet

No other games scheduled for the cup weekend ( certainly not U12's anyway - don't know about any other age group ..soz) thus avoiding the 2 games in 2 days scenario . Can enjoy a lovely day out in Hull now



There's also a game going to be scheduled for the Grand Final weekend , but you can call it off if need be .

at under 13 and below rugby as you know is saturday and football sunday so no conflict at these age groups. my son has jacked football this year to solely play rugby which was his decision because training for both was on a tuesday.

i hope you are right ernie with cas high scheduled to play outwood on thursday we would be back to 3 games in 4 days which is way too much for anyone,has of wednesday i was told that we had to play the league fixture that would be scheduled for that weekend.

it will also affect those teams who havent entered the barla cup with 3 rounds played in oct and 2 in november what do the clubs that arnt in it doif league games are suspended.

agghh christmas just around the corner and we have done ice sliding for the past two years,a bit dear but great fun getting snowballed and shown up by kids who think its fun watching a nearly 40 year old struggling to get up and down a sheet of ice.
