| that what happens when you sign a 40 year old half back who has never really been any good and at wrong side of 30 his best (if that was ever good enough) is well behind him.
we are in trouble this year,

| Daft as it seems, I thought at 24-26 we were back on track to take the lead. We then spilled the ball under the London sticks a couple of times and missed the opportunity.

| Purposely didn't post straight away, as I didn't want to make any knee jerk reactions, like some have.
Still trying to find some positives from the game, but apart from some decent defence at times from Reece Lyne, and another good showing from Kopzcak, really struggling.
We were beaten by a side who were better than us in all departments, and were out enthused.
Yes we were very poor, and the good thing is Chessie has commented on the poor performance.
Lets not get carried away, and if we have a bad perfomance in us, hopefully we have got it out of our system. It is how Chessie and the players respond to this over the coming weeks.
Wouldn't make wholesale changes, as I don't think it always works, but don't know if Danny is facing a ban, but thought he was invisible in the game at parts, so would maybe bring Jowitt back in and put Rocky back in the halves
Apologies for the comments regarding ice on terracing, I had never been before. No, there isn't any, put I do think the area of the stadium and around it has scope to be developed

If you have Trinity TV, watch the game back. Balls stripped and all players went mad. Penalty and we are level. You can't see the Miller grounding but that was very close to a try, I was stood very close. If you saw Bradford's try v Fev
then Miller's was a 100%. Tom clearly got out of the in goal on Trin TV so shouldn't have been a drop out and it wasn't Broughy who had a go at the ref so shouldn't have been sinbinned. I thought it was a naive game by the ref but certainly not why we lost. Not sure if it was his first SL game but like players make mistakes.

You can get away with anything when you use the old "We've History & Tradition " Claptrap.'"
Positives - Friendly stewards on entry, nice bar, good beer, free to sit.
Negatives - Horrendous viewing most of ground, Only 3 ladies toilets in whole stadium, single lane to walk round back of sticks falling into building work (That will end when stand gets built), covered in mud at one side of pitch.
One side of the pitch is home side the other side is blocked by the wooden shack. Viewing from.the single stand is poor. When the new stand gets built I'm sure it will improve things.

Don't see how really, you got off to a good start against Le Cat's, can't see Powell making the same mistake as Chester when you go down to London.

RFL site states he was sin binned for Dissent. Sin bin sufficient. It also notes that he did not use foul or abusive language. From what I saw there were a number of players chelping but Danny got the yellow card. Reputation rather than actual offence ??

| Chris Hill could be clearly heard showing dissent. Amongst other comments said to ref ‘ you gotta be joking’. Not abuse , but then again not a polite enquiry.

| No matter how good your half’s are they can’t play behind a beaten pack, and we were well beaten/out enthused all over the park.
Poor defensive decisions and a poor work ethic cast us this game as I see it .

| Coach made a big mistake with the team selection, putting Crowther & Batchelor in the seventeen, which meant that we had a light pack. Crowther lost the ball on a number of occasions with the impact of being tackled. Three of Londons tries came from two yards out as a result of bad tackling. Five of the other tries came from the same move of passing the ball at speed from one side of the field to the other, with runners making extra men as the ball went along. We lacked ability to stop this move on the field & yet we had coaches watching in the stands, who did nothing about it! The five tries scored by London in the second half, all came from Wakefield's inability to keep hold of the ball, in our twenty-five, followed by shocking tackling. When we had the ball in their half we moved the ball to the middle of the field, then one of our forward's, instead of keeping the passing movement going, decided to run straight, consequently being tackled & stopping the flow of the attack!! This happened five times in the second half, when we were in their twenty-five. Was this down to the coaching team? I think myself that the coaching staff, are not up to taking the team any further. I know we finished 5th last year, but if it had been the previous year with those points, we would have been near the bottom 8.

Looking at your analysis of the game not only did the team take the opposition lightly, but by the team selection so did the coaching staff.

Id highly recommend getting Trinity TV and you could analyse it yourself. Not a dig by the way, it's great value and you'd get to make personal observations. I'd recommend to anyone.
Coach obviously has responsibility and didn't take opposition lightly, but players have to have personal responsibility too.

| The team selection is not an excuse. We had the armoury to go down to London and get the result.
Seems the mindset of the players was the issue.
Let’s not throw the teddy out of the pram yet, no better way to test the players than Saints.
Roll on Sunday

Best value £4.99 I spend a month ,but won’t be watching the full game as have seen the tries from London on the super league show and we’re hard to stomach to be honest .
