The no comment from the chairman sounds ominous. The question is whether the law will allow the Crusaders to simply reform as a different company that trades in exactly the same place with the same employees. Surely the players could all renegotiate their contracts as the old ones would be invalid with a new company, and those that aren't would have a claim as creditors in relation to redundancy. The relaunch in a different guise but carrying on with all the old contractual obligations could cause them problems, I would guess.
