Ian Henderson would have been a great signing.......but if you read the report he gave on living in Castleford he probably wouldn't want to com bcak to this area to live.

Just read Jamie Peacock's autobiography. Although he said the Bulls were a better team with him in it, and that he was a good player, he also said that he was "an arrogant little man", and on his first night at the club "he started telling everyone that he was the best hooker in the competition. We nearly settled our differing views on that outside".

Lee was supposed to be the great white hope at Hull a few years ago but never progressed as expected. I'm not sure whether this was down to lack of ability or a bad attitude on his part or poor coaching.

Where is Kear going to play him? Lee is poop as a half back but may make a half decent hooker.

Rumour is batley are in for wainwright as a replacement for brown when he goes back to shudds.

If I remember rightly, we are not allowed to even approach players till 1st September.
Of course people are talking now but those announced are possible because they have either been released by their club already or the club has agreed to allow the player to talk to clubs and once agreed allow them to announce early.

So if we are signing players in contract till the end of the season we won't be able to announce until after 1st Sept.
