We'd have to lose 3 games for them to catch.

But their performances don't appear to be quite as erratic as ours.

As for tomorrow hoping for a professional performance and maybe rotate a couple of players like Gale/Hood and maybe Pitts to keep them fresh.

The thing with Toulouse is they are coming good at the right time!

But that's not the same as being dangerously close at three wins behind us.
That would be a serious crash if we did that.

Toulouse might win every remaining league game, but so will we. They’re a good 13 with little depth, so if they get any knocks between now and the playoffs it’ll have a massive impact on them. They caught us at a great time, away, deep into a long season, with only one halfback. When the time comes, whether that’s in the semi or the final, our players won’t turn in a bad performance. I don’t think players like McGillvary, Rodwell, Uele, Pitts, Griffin are those kinds of players.

I don't think the French are coming good at the right time at all, there is a long way to go before the playoffs, all teams suffer a loss of form in the season, some teams more than others. Other than the disappointment of Toulouse in raging heat we have won most games comfortably, there will be a team that really comes into form for the play offs a la London last year. The issue to combat is complacency.

The encouraging thing from our point of view is that the injuries we've picked up are being properly managed and we're not rushing players back too quickly. Despite that, and the disruption it causes to the dynamics of the team, we're still winning. We're in a position where we'll hopefully wrap up the league with a few games to go, allowing us to ensure that our key players are fit and rested for the big games to come.
