| I said on another thread I am definitely not renewing after over thirty five years if nothing is changed. I can’t even be bothered to go to the Wire game knowing the result, 12-36 or similar.
It really is an insult to the club’s diminishing reputation how this can be allowed to continue.
12 from 52.
The solution is simple.

| Quote: Scarlet Pimpernell "Chester complains about the pressure he is under so why stay, think of your health because next season is only going to be more stressful.
I have posted on another thread that we must have used over 25 players but despite this the performances are relatively unchanged because the one common denominator is Chester.'"
Realistically Chris won't get another job elsewhere. So he's not going to walk for free. That's probably why some of the responsibility for our predicament has to lie with those above. 99.9% of the things they do are for the benefit of the club the they do ten fold better than I could ever dream of doing. But this one is an error of judgement. A new 2 year deal would be a huge own goal

| I tuned in to listen to the game today for the first time in a while and switched off when Shudds scored to make it 4-18 because I knew what was coming next from watching over the last few seasons - and sure enough.
The fact is that the team has not been performing since JK left - is it a coincidence that JK’s departure corresponded with the start of our run of poor performances? Don’t know and quite frankly I don’t care anymore. What I do know, however, is that the head coach has to take responsibility for the complete dross that we have been subjected to over the last few seasons. I can understand why MC would be reluctant to sack CC before his contract is up because of the potential financial ramifications for the club. However, if MC has awarded CC a contract extension off the back of the rubbish served up over the last few seasons, as is rumoured, then he has lost the plot completely and with it my confidence in his ability to run the club, a family of supporters who have watched the club since the early 1980s, the sponsorship of a player, three family season tickets and two Trinity TV subscriptions.
I will not watch a CC-coached Wakefield team any longer and what’s more I know hell of a lot more people who will be calling it a day if CC stays beyond this season.

| Dont come on here these days but after today, decided to post.
First of all, I dont think Chester will go because from what I hear his contract has already been agreed.
Not only that,he has been given improved terms. So when the club bleat on about lack of money on one hand then go a waste money on a failed coach ,
Not only that, the team were blowing out of their backsides in the second half. But this club can find money to pay an head of conditioning who has pinched money for years.
The destiny of this club is in the hands of a group of directors who are failing in their responsibility they must act

| I’ve lived on the east coast for several years but always followed Trin mainly via Trinity TV etc
We are now moving back West and was certainly intending a season ticket for next year despite poor performances
Sadly todays debacle has convinced me to save my money both ending my subscription And proposed season ticket costs
I’m 74 and supported Trinity since I was about 10 years old !!!!
A sad sad day, come on Mr Carter do the right thing for the club, loyalty to a friend is a fine thing, however stubbornness is a completely different trait. With potentially disastrous consequences for the club and its fans

| Well, talk about deja vu.
A coach who has lost the dressing room and a side that is well up at Huddersfield, only to throw away an 18 point lead, against a weakened Huddersfield side.
The ONLY difference this season, compared to the Tony "Casper" Smith side of a few seasons ago, is that there is one side in SL worse than us (Leigh)..
After 40 years of thin and thinner, I think I'm done, there has to be better ways of spending a Sunday afternoon

| I am not someone who has ever bad mouthed CC and I hate to see anyone lose their job but I've had it.
Season ticket holder for 20+ years but not next year, that and Squadbuilder will go.
They will always be my team but enough is enough.

| The club don't give a stuff about the fans and will continue the desasterouse path while ever the fans continue the support at the present level.
Chester will probably remain in situ because while he remains at the club he takes all the agro.
Carter must share the blame and either back Chester with an substantial increase in funds or release him and hope some other coach can get better results for the same money and funds.
ITS ABOUT TIME THE FANS STARTED TO EXPRESS ANGER.
