There is a section 106 agreement in place which binds Yorkcourt to the stadium - as a result of the years of planning permission, public inquiry and local development framework. The ship has not sailed, but a large but a large ship does take some starting!

Anybody see the teletext article relating to the E U investigating the use of Public Money on Sports Stadiums . the example they were quoting is The Liberty Stadium in Swansea , which is council owned and used by Swansea City and a Rugby Union team . Just wonder if it has any effect on our ambitions ,
