Only the fact that unless they get their FPP application in before the 29th of November their OPP is invalid.
Could be why RW is pushing for the WMDC to hurry up and ratify their commitment to the land deal, because that's due in November. Or you could just sell Westy- if you can find a buyer, heaven know's he's been offered on the market enough! 175K- about the same as the fee for FPP, so I'd get your own cards in order before you start throwing some mud!
As I said on your board on Friday I hold no bad feeling toward GH as long as it has no impact on NM- which it won't anymore- the WMDC have shown their preference- in private in the summer and in public on Friday. |
