That's how Shuds play the game, they are coached to play that way week in week out
Its also the reason why Watson bets so angry when they don't stick to the plam

Lino was struggling, but did not help playing most of match with out your six , and Hood getting a bad knock early on(you no I not is biggest fan but gone ok in last few matches) . The passing from all the team was poor, and the sooner Langi moves on the better he was shocking , With ball ,do not think we completed a set above 4 times in the first half .We looked what we are ,a very old slow team ,who can play a lot better . Huddersfield away is like ground hog day the same things happen all the time.

I was talking to a bloke at the game last night that was saying we have plenty of opportunities left to make up the difference, I actually don’t think we do - with that laid back outlook we are we are banking on Cas not winning another game.

For me if Cas win today, which I have a feeling they might it’s near enough nail in the coffin for me. I agree by the way I thought it was a big ask but honestly we really didn’t help ourselves, we beat ourselves last night.

Two more losses and that’s it.

For me we need to win another 5 games, not impossible but very unlikely. We have left ourselves far too much to do but there is a chance, which four weeks ago there was none.

On reflection, it was as many feared, that shuffling things around to accommodate Mason Lino was ineffective to say the least.

Never say die friends, specially for the supreme escape artists that are Trinity. I have to say you did look very poor last night and that coincided with Giants coming back to something like the team they were last year, But i know you can play much better than that, you don't beat the teams you have without playing some decent football. I really don't want to see you go down just when things are turning round for you off the field. So good luck with the rest of your fixtures, The fat lady isn't singing just yet, you have time.

Hull FC ran away with it in the end. 36-18. It's no change but Cas gain 10 on the points difference.

The run from Chris Satae that put Swift away was a cracker. Memories of Michael Korkidas in 2004 at same venue.

It’s a straight shoot out between us and Cas… and it might come down to points difference..

Sadly you could combined the squads of the two teams and you still couldn’t field a team to bridge the gap to Hudds/Hull/HullKR/Leeds… whoever survives will need to invest big time to compete!

If he didn't step down when we were 0/15 he certainly isnt going to step down now.

The disruption to the side, with Whitbred not making the starting line and then losing Hood and especially dagger didn't help and we were unfortunate to meet Huddersfield on one of their better days.

Hopefully we have our first choice pack (apart from Tangianoa) available for the Warrington game but, the halfbacks are still the big decision.

That’s just minor adversity the sort of which every team & coach has to deal with every other game. It’s excuses, excuses, excuses

I agree with you to a certain point about him not resigning after 16 straight losses etc but as the matches start to diminish so do our opportunities to drag ourselves out of this mess. If he really has the club at heart, and isn’t just acting through selfish delusional denial, then he must accept that he hasn’t got the gravitas or experience to get us out of our dilemma.

Maybe we survive with him because of Castlefords rapid decline but that doesn’t negate the points made above.
