Despite a brilliant and unexpected away win at HKR, it had to be because "they" were poor, didn't it.

A HKR poster an the other thread says we outplayed them in every aspect of the game. I'll take that, Mark Wilson and Radio Leeds opinions over your miserable, doomsaying whiny bile, thanks.

I have no doubt we outplayed HKR, take a look at the score line Sherlock, however we didn’t suddenly become St Helens either. The dominance, it seems, was due to a combination of our improvement and their terrible performance.

Nothing ‘doomsaying or whiny’ about that just cautious about whether we’ve put the last 4 months behind us.

You banged on previous to todays game about a performance.
Well, I was there today and it was an 80minute one.
From 1-17, they all put their hands up and were superb.
It was great to see.
So please don't quote the "radio" as your guide

He didn't quote any source - just spouted that "they" were atrocious (let's accept he meant them), and that our winning was cos they were poor (those things are pretty much linked Avenger).

He can't quote a radio station, because none have reported that we were poor. It's just his miserable claptrap.

No, we aren't Saints. No we aren't safe. But don't have a downer on the performance when you didn't even go! (Or, it seems, even listen to a radio or follow social media commentary).

I listened to Radio Humberside and the co commentator said on at least 2 occasions that Wakefield were nothing special and that Wakefield hadn’t needed to be great to win because Rovers were so poor.

I wasn’t on a downer but neither will I join your over the top reaction to a win.

Keep making stuff up if you want but I neither said Wakefield we’re poor or that they were atrocious, I suspect you know that but are too conceited to admit you were wrong.

I merely applied a bit of caution to a win being seen as the be all and end all of our recent form only to be told to F Off!

If you meant HKR were atrocious (based on Radio Humberside), then fair enough, but don't try to undermine the performance of Wakey - what more could they do???

Having seen the highlights, I am disappointed by Rocky - a stroll in try, which he could surely have put under the sticks and an all-round lack of enthusiasm on sealing the game.

I guess it means he's gone...
