Give it a rest, nobody has used the term "owned" in years - but you keep on with this one like the parasite you are, it's the closest you'll ever get to a win.

I know I was being ironic - now shall we move on.
Leeds IMHO will go for bigger and possibly better in their opinion than Amor. If they do take him back then fine, like most on here I'm grateful to Leeds for loaning him in the first place.
So you can either accept that or be doomed to having Rhubarb as a friend and IMHO you don't deserve that

i am sure that your personal abuse towards me will incur the full wrath of the moderating team.
i don't like the term owned, i have never really used it, but it did seem appropriate here - oh and people still do use it quite frequently so once more you're digging when already in a hole.
the poster from leeds has handed you your backside on a plate, and yet you still can't let it go.

oh jesus, that sounds like the bottom of the barrel being scraped. griffin is not and has never been a big high profile player. leeds got caught short a bit last year with their recruitment and hence why they ended up with richard moore (who quite frankly post his crohns diagnosis is below average) and darrell griffin who has a heart the size of a pea.
i've heard it suggested that as it looked like they were on the slide (league position) they struggled to attract who they wanted. this may or may not be true, but hats off to mcderrmott for taking them to the title from where he did.

You can both cut it out.
Debate by all means.

No old luv that's just your opinion on him, though I tend to agree with it - fact is others don't agree which is why he joined Hudds then Leeds, two top spending teams with genuine ambition who pay him very well indeed. With 4 England caps and as I say a member of a top club he is a big name signing and if it were not for Griffins history with our club you'd think the same.

i think you'll find that i have engaged in debate, without name calling. the usual suspect however cannot be said to have done likewise.
griffin has "england" caps just like jamie rooney has "england" caps.

Deary me you don't change - "usual suspect" is a classic. Why attempt to wind people up if you don't like the rough and tumble you get in return
FWIW I think you're incorrect but without doing a bit of research and to be honest your not worth it I can''t be sure - Rooney got a cap for England A as far as I remember where as Griffins Caps were full International as far as I recall.

i wouldn't expect you to do any research, given that you didn't do any on the "leeds only sign old big name duffers" point that you made. perhaps you were thinking of bradley clyde and brett mullins? both a long time ago now.

Well you do it for me then, did Griffin get full England Caps?
Also not that it matters because your hanging onto this one for dear life, but at no point did I say Leeds "only" sign old duffers.

i have no intention of doing your research for you. i don't remember him playing in the three/four nations matches. they're generally the ones that people are serious about.
i know whatever he has in the way of caps he hasn't deserved.

Not oversensitive at all.. Just logical...which your ramblings are not. I can take as many trite old hackneyed cheap-shots as you want, but reserve the right to reply to uninformed and ill-reasoned 'intuitions'... even when they are apologetically and wrongly described as 'back handed compliments'
Leeds, if I recall correctly, signed Amor from a team that were 5th in the Championship at the time. He hardly came as a high-profile big-money signing with massive expectations.
Your obsession with a Leeds 'mindset' is particularly amusing. Leeds apply exactly the same criteria in buying players that any other club in SL do, ie ability, affordability, age, experience, attitude, which gaps need filling in the squad, will the player fit in, etc. There is nothing at all in these criteria which prohibit the permanent signing of players who come on dual-contract. This will remain true whether Amor decides to return to Leeds or not.

Hold on tiger, at no point was I apologising to you - but typically presumptive and arrogant as usual I can see why you'd presume such. It's was an opinion on a WAKEFIELD forum site regarding our chances using the "know your enemy" analogy - it was not intended as a Pulitzer prize winning piece of literature - just an opinion - not gospel - you know how forums tend to work, random musings.
So anyway I just checked the AUP's and nowhere does it state that all opinions regarding Leeds RLFC have to be justified to Chief Stinkwort or any other anally retentive Leeds based pedants. So that's how I see it, no apology I can assure you buddy!
