Not going to Barnsley is the one that really worrries me.

I think this decision has allowed Richard Wright at Cas to come clean and admit that Cas are behind schedule with their project. He now sees the battle as being a straight fight. BV v WR rather than WR/Glasshoughton v Oakwell.

Have to agree with that sentiment.

It does make you wonder if both clubs have been given the nod by the RFL that the lack of substantive progress on their respective stadia has scuppered their chances of a licence; both seem to have made statements recently that suggest their aspirations have been dialled down.

If it is still the case however that one of the two stays up, I'd be worried if I were a Cas fan; from an RFL perspective, do you go for RW and a potential continuation of his 5 years of lies about a new stadium, or a new owner at WTW, untainted by the (very similar) lies of the Richardson regime and with the personal wealth to deliver on his promises?

Either way, it's a bloody awful situation for both sets of fans and I, for one, will be glad when it's all over, whatever the outcome.

Depends on costs I guess. While we were told BV was more expensive to maintain than renting Oakwell, the new regime may have found a way to keep costs at BV down while maintaining a level of support to sustain that. All guesswork of course, but better the devil you know, as Kylie (or Sonia) said.

Where does that leave Bradford - safe - SL eh....

I think the fact Cas are already talking to NRL players and have had 7 official interest emails/faxes from coaches for next year that they're confident there's a Super League place next year.



When has RW lied? oh yeah, he hasn't...he's told everyone where the delays have come from, the fact money was there but Ben Bailey tried to pay less so they pulled out, oh and the fact the RFL love him at the minute and have actually paid him a commission for PROBOZ sponsoring the WCC and talking about sponsoring the WC in 2013.

As for Glover, he will have to go through the same things as the Widnes chairman did 3 years ago, what's to say he wont pull out tomorrow? or that he wont use any of his OWN money, in fact what makes you think he will use his own money when he's said he will run the club like a business?

The thing you should be worried about is the fact Glover has said they expect to be in the Championship next year.



Not really, most Cas fans are confident and that SL Fans article is actually wrong too, so one up one down/nobody down will happen.



Hull KR too, both have dreadful grounds - at least KR are doing improvements, unlike Bradford who have no money anymore to do anything with Odsal - they should be in the reckoning this time, if not definitely next time.

You're that interested in discussion, you don't wish to discuss anything that you don't agree with in the slightest - that isn't discussion you have to have points from either side.

But seems you can't handle other people's opinions I'll leave you to be all defensive and anti-discussion with all your little friends, maybe between you there might just be enough brain cells to come up with a productive point instead of replying with a generic petty insult instead of contributing to a debate.
