I'd go with Shane Mc  but for an entirely different role!
We have lots of young guns, with hopefully more coming through and what I would like to see is WT setting up links overseas in order to give our youth a broader rugby and life education. In this respect I feel that SMc would have the contacts, the knowledge etc to be able to do this (whether he would want to do this for WT is a different matter, although I'm sure he would do it for the 'education' of individuals). |

You would have thought that if McDemott was staying at Leeds, in view of the fact that there is a strong rumour that Buderus is going home the Leeds coach would have signed Ellis for the rhinos to replace the alleged departing hooker, or maybe i can't count past five!!!

Before his stint at Headingley, he would have been a popular choice I think.
He always turned out a hard working London side, it may not have always been champagne rugby, but it was usually effective.
I hadn't considered him TBH, but I think it could be a good shout, and he would have something to prove.

Still a Wakey lad, it hasn't worked that well for him at Leeds but he could do very well with us. He would demand and get 100% from his players that's for certain. It he came in as our new coach it could be a very good move for all concerned |
