Personally I'm not communicating with this idiot on here until he learns to spell.
FWI I run private tuition classes in English and Maths- Don't know how your maths skills are but judging by your spelling and obvious intellect as per your posts I wouldn't hold much hope of being able to count the fingers on your hand! £25 ph btw!

Sorry but this is wrong
At the moment the whole development -stadium included - is on Green Belt.
The "proposed" part to be designated for employment is this:

The area on which the stadium is to be built - like it or not - is GREEN BELT now and will still beon the proposed LDF plan :

Some people on here who support the Industrial Development purely to get the stadium are as uninformed as they accuse anybody who objects to the whole development.
As it happens I would have no problem with a stadiunm on the proposed employment area - ex pit site - but as we all know that will not happen WTWC need Yorkcourt and Yorkcourt need WTWC

Not everybody just plebs like you with an agenda, I'm all for reasoned debate, we've gone through that process and we are happy to continue.
Your not happy with that, therefore you are a mental, so you will find I an correct 
What is it about the planning application that you disagree with, why do you disagree with it and why do you think that the council and indeed the process is all so wrong, apert from you and you unhappy band didn't get your way. |

I wonder if any of the residents of Newmarket have considered that this development might actually put the value of houses up in the area?
The stadium and rugby aside, this development will bring jobs to Wakefield, at this time of utter economic depression in the country nothing is more important than the creation of jobs to put money in people’s pockets,
Wakefield is the 11th biggest city in the UK and I feel our council are finally coming to terms with this
The government and the council owe pushing this development though to the people of Wakefield and another 50 more like it! Why should Wakefield just be a commuter city to Leeds!
