Doyle mentioned he's probably back for Salford, do we give him a go and rest hood? and start Smith


Cozza playing well and deserves more mins, do we start him to do that? 

Not for me. We play our best fit side.
They all get a rest on Wembley week anyway.


If we don't respect Salford we'll get caught out.

The time to play 'fringe' players is when we don't need the 2 points, points difference doesn't matter and key players would benefit from a rest. We're not in that position, so we should approach this like we would any other important league game.

Pretty much agree with this. 

Though I think bringing in 1 or two to the bench won’t hurt. 


Nikotemo and Doyle perhaps could get game time from the bench but I’d be starting the same 13 that’s played well last 2 games (more or less).

I mean it’s clear to see that he is a high quality class halfback. I don’t think that’s in question. 


I personally think some fans are being rediculous in some of the comments about Trueman. 


The club seem to think it’s an issue that can be resolved and if so he will be a player that could certainly help us to break into the top 4 next year or two. 


It must be frustrating for him too as he has looked class every time he’s pulled on the shirt. I know most fans are supportive of him but there’s a few fans whose comments are just silly talking about getting rid etc. 


If this becomes a chronic issue I’m sure the club will act accordingly but I’m pleased the club are doing the right thing by our players. Probably one reason the players are giving it their all on the pitch to help drive the club forwards. 

Looks like DP might be making a few changes based on his presser..... 

He did also say he’s wary to change a winning team I think so if there is any I can’t see there been more than a couple. 

Personally I think we will see Doyle and Nikotemo play more minutes but rest will probably be as you are. He may if we take an early lead rest Mckmeeken and Hood earlier than we have been seeing but I don’t think there will be too much change.
