Plenty getting turfed out at the wires that could do us a job in various positions ,and would think the market will be awash with clubs moving players on . Would suspect we may be slightly behind on the Signing and retention front due to our predicament which fingers crossed we can put to bed on thur .Shaul would be one of the first for me after Aydin , we look so much more composed with him in the backs , max can fill in most positions in the back line to a decent standard so would still figure in overall plans and has years of learning ahead of him before we see the finished product

Don't forget there is a World Cup happening later this year. I would expect WP to be using his connections and to be socialising particularly with the Pacific Island teams. We have a few quota places free and there must be a few as yet unknown young players who would love to play in Superleague and for less money than ageing Australians. And they come from an area where rugby is treated as almost a religion as a sport.

He’s got pretty good SL stats, makes few errors and always seems to be a threat with ball in hand out wide and difficult to bring down. At only 26 has also got loads left in the tank. Everyone sees different things I suppose…
