If you listen to the podcast Tom did a couple of weeks ago you will understand why Tom is loyal to Wakey

He is absolutely class. I don't say that as someone who merely watched today. I've known for years he's class and I'm a cas fan. He bagged a hatrick at headingley 2 years ago and all the media could do was talk about him moving away which he shut down really well.

I know Cas have had a good record over wakey in the last 6 years or so but he's been class whatever the win for Cas has been.

Him and makinson are the best 2 British wingers. He seems to be a top guy. I have nothing negative to say because there isn't anything. I genuinely want to watch Wakefield on sky and he is major reason for that.

In many respects it's a shame he depends on others to shift the ball to him, can you emagine what damage he could do if he was a stand off.

Even if nothing comes of it, he is such a strike player opposition will natural rush to shut him down, which would open gaps in field where we struggle to make yards. The fact we don't shift it left often means the opposition can quite safely bunch in the middle and restrict our go forward.

It’s inexplicable that we don’t utilise him more and if it continues this season again like last, serious questIons need to be asked of the coaching staff.

We just dont often get it to him quick enough. The first try shows what we can do. Leeds were rushing in denying us yards but also bunched up, Miller saw the space Johnstone was in and got it to him with a cut out pass. Result, he skinned the Leeds backline. Jowitt and Johnstone seem to have a good understanding so maybe we could see it more when he returns.
