| He was our best forward last year, direct, hard hitting, gets the team on the front front.

| There’s an Interview with kopczak on Trinity TV in which I’m sure he says sometimes finds the early morning traveling for training a bit difficult, I think he still lives somewhere on the Dark side.

I’d have said second best after a fit Fifita but yes a very good forward imo.

| I think it shows how poor our props were apart from when big Dave was rampaging when fully fit. Until the last few games when Green etc arrived, our pack was pulverised most games, that can't happen again next year, or else it doesn't matter whether we have Tupou, TJ back and fully fit, the pack has to at least match the opposition, then hopefully the halves and threequarters click and do their stuff.....

Although I wouldn’t go as far as you I do think the pack, especially the front row, failed to live up to expectations. PP was the biggest culprit but others were not great. However I don’t think we were being pulverised especially up until Arona got injured that’s way OTT in my opinion.

He did alright last season imo, he averaged about 72 meters a game, only went over 100 4 times though.
IMO there were better forwards for me though - Wood who through it all last season was very consistent especially when the pock did their job, even when they didn't he never let anyone down.
Fifita was unplayable at times, some people have forgotten how good he was until injury and the team 's general form deteriorated - he was still sat in 4th place in the man of steel awards in Round 22 in July when it went dark and was playing injured for a number of games and still stood out & he still manged to average 100 meters and 25 tackles a game.
Then obviously Tanginoa when he came over, who looked a class above inmost games and got the Clubs man of steel award.

Agree., apart from missing Huby completely, we just didn't get anything like the meters we should have done from England, Hirst and Pauli, a massive let down on what we all expected, I bet CC was doing his nut. We had Big Dave knock out 10 hundred plus meter games in a row to start the season off, while England and Hirst didn't do one all season. plus then add the meters we usually get from ashurst and then arona, tat's a few thousand meters we had to find. We were looking all over the place for someone just to take make something to take us down the field, especially when Dave got injured at Magic was it. At least when Tanginoa came things picked up some, in the 13 games or whatever he played, he had 8 100+ meter games, with 3 over 150.

He did during the third quarter of the season drop off for me but wasn’t expecting anything other than the straight running prop. Form returned and the fitness too once reinforcements came in but he was carrying the weight of Fifita’s absence and non-performing Hirst, England, Huby etc not to mention Pauli’s non-efforts on his own for long periods. We’ll see more from him next year if he stays

| Normally I would think there’s nothing in this but not been dismissed by people at the club on here or Twitter. If true we must have some decent lined up.

I wouldn't read to much into the reactions on here tbh.

| It’s not the reactions on here I am bothered about. It’s the lack of reactions of people from the club I am more curious about.

| Some one at Love Rugby makes a comment, how manytimes has that happened and it was a none story. Does the club have to rebut every comment made. If it happens it will happen and it's the club's decision. Speculation is exactly that.

Correct and tbh I would hope the clubs management has better things to do than chase after a relatively unimportant web site.
