I think some on here have short memories - no one complained in the previous seasons or when we were third in the table.

The thing is BG that we know from the previous three seasons that Chester CAN do it. Unfortunately a key part of the coach's job is to motivate his players. This is where he has obviously fallen down in the job.

Wonder how dedicated Mr Kear is to the Bulls???? It's certainly him or someone very like him that we need back at the club PDQ.

2016 no assistant lost last 10 or 11 games on trot finished 8th
2017 kear finished 5th
2018 mm finished 5th
2019 no ass lost 9 out 10

Get Kear in to help assist, he can still be Bradford head coach. The fev head coach works at Leeds so it can be done.

I can’t see there being a great deal of appetite from the Bulls for that to happen. I don’t think there is much love lost between Carter and Chalmers and from a Bulls point of view, Wakefield are the sort of side that Championship clubs would relish seeing relegated. And by that, I mean a club without a rich backer capable of overseeing an almost certain instant return to SL like if Huddersfield or Leeds went down.

But anyhow, I think the Championship is probably the more exciting competition right now from what I’ve seen of SL lately.

I’ve picked on Brough but it’s all of them.

However one moment that summed us up did incidentally involve him.

I think we were 18 points down and the game not totally lost. We get a lucky penalty and get up Field in their 30. Second ball I think Brough puts out a terrible pass to Miller, he drops it. No pressure on either player, pure basics and we balls up and that’s what’s been happening for weeks.

Yes our defence ain’t great, we’ve had injuries, I get all that bit nothing excuses continually failing to do the basics.

I simply don’t recognise this team from the one at the start of the season and certainly not previous seasons.

It’s like we expect other teams to go ‘oh you poor things your having a tough time and you’ve been so good in recent years. I’ll tell you what we’ll all roll over and die to make life easier for you’.

Yeah because that’s how pro sport works.

Remember the incident but thought it was Randal that threw the pass. Not watched it back so cant confirm it.

Yes, definitely Brough.
Having said that, Miller was pretty static at that point and probably should still have taken the pass, even though any move would have been dead in the water.
Although top players wouldn't have thrown such a poor ball, equally, they would have been capable of taking the pass.
Our basic passing skills and ball retention have been shizzle for weeks now and none of the players seem to be busting a gut to remedy the situation.
It will be interesting to learn just what the club, players and coaching staff will do in the week off.
Should they go for some intense work, team building or be told to get away from the rugby scene for a few days to try and clear their heads.
