Not with you Snowie, Brough was good against Saints gaining a ridiculous ten minutes. Tbf I didn’t see him against London.

After the wonderful but less demanding Finn it was always going to take a while for Broughy to fit in - that said he’s making Miller play a lot better imho.

Brough was very good last night and I think his kicking game was the main difference between the 2 teams.

I think Broughy adds all the talent we know he has, but some verbals to his team mates as well and let's face it a team needs someone on the park, to keep them on their toes.

Although it was a schoolboy error, I think we can give him that one, especially with his performance.
First half, he was magnificent. Kicking on another level to anything we've had since he was last at BV, setting up the play and his most impressive contribution was in defence.
They seemed to put a fair bit of traffic his way and he was exemplary, utterly superb and he stayed on the pitch for the full 80

I have worked out a pattern - when we win, Printer gets so frustrated that he can't perform for Mrs Printer - hence the furious keyboard bashing til the small hours.

Meanwhile, last night was the best of Broughy; head and shoulders the best player on the park, and showed the full range of his considerable skillset - and managed to keep his temper in check. When did we last kick a team to death like that?

Someone else mentioned his effect on Miller - I also think DB is bringing the best out of him; Miller is really dangerous at the line and will run into any kind of danger - and Brough understands how to get him there. As they click more and the tracks dry out, that will start paying off.

I would not disagree - although I'd suggest that he's a better kicker of the ball now than he was then; there is not another player in SL who can place it like he does - it's uncanny.
