He wont be playing because he`s only served 2 games of a 3 match ban.

we do not have the quality of players cas do not by a like shot- but a TEAM can beat anyone on the day.

I fear for us if we don't win any games this easter and on performances lately I don't think we are going to

We have as much quality as Cas' all we need is belief. Don't forget we were very unlucky to lose our last home match to them.

The next 4 games are probably gonna define our season as we may well lose them all. The last 2 losses indicate though that we are competitive, but we need to cut out the errors & play for the 80. I've not seen the Cas squad for Thursday yet but a few of their guys look busted the other night & this is an opportunity to put one over them & we have a big enough squad to rotate on Monday.

Dunno about you lot but Cas's belief wavers if things don't go their way. Same as most teams. But stand off them and let them play and they're the most dangerous side in SL. Play it right and they're beatable.

Can't say I'm a big fan of Brett Delaney but his pat on Luke Gale's head and keep your hair on mate was quite funny.

I don`t think it was funny at all, i hate to see gloating the opposition like that, it`s unsportsman like and has only crept into our sport over the last few years along with been able to constantly talk back to the referee.

Getting back on topic, our next few games will indicate whether we are indeed genuine top 4 contenders or, a mid table side, capable of taking the odd "big" scalp.
We certainly haven't clicked yet, offensively and perhaps more worryingly, there was some very tired/lazy defence against an average Warrington side, which both Hull and Cas will take full advantage of.
Big Dave was a huge miss against Wire but we will need a couple of results from our next 4 games if we want to be in the mix at the end of the season.
It doesnt get any more testing than:

Cas (H)
Hull FC (A)
Leeds (H)
Saints (A)

We'll either be buzzing or wanting Chester to have us ready for a cup run.

One at a time, starting with Cas and lets see if we can get back to winning ways .

I couldn't get to the game - but the radio commentary was frustrating to listen to; sounds like we bombed a few, got pinged to death by Mr Child, and were guilty of some pat-a-cake defending at times - which is not how we've started the season.

All that said - still 3rd in the table - albeit with a very tough Easter programme. Things could look very different on the other side - it gets real right about now in terms of how good we actually are.

Does not get much tougher than that does it? We need to bring our A game with us for all of these games to get anything out of them.

Cas are looking good, really hoping we can get the result on Thursday and i think this would really put a marker down for us. We were okay and just did enough in the first 4 games, we were well in it at Wigan and could of gone either way right up until the last 20, sounds like this was the case against wire as well.

We really need to nail a full 80 minute performance this week and cannot be carrying any passengers in the team.
