| I hope we treat the competition and Dewsbury with respect and don't send out an understrength team

No that tie will be reserved for Wigan or Leeds

| Very good draw and a good chance to rotate some players who need a rest. Give guys like Walker, Crowther, Annakin etc a go.

| Very happy with that draw, it's a game where we can rest some bodies before magic weekend while still respecting the opposition

| Hmmm resting players. That's what Huddersfield did.
I wonder how that turned out.
Play the best fit team for me.

| I think Huddersfield have many more issues going on than just resting a few players for a cup game. I'm also not too fussed if Dewsbury beat us in a close game, I think we need to focus on the league this season to make sure we cement our place in the top 8 and the cup could become a bit of a distraction

| Looking at Dewsbury, a run in the CC is not far off their season, as it is for Swinton
Swinton....I remember going to a Wednesday night cup match there, it was a draw, something daft like 11 11, there was more than a hint of an "understanding" between both teams, which looked more likely after we murdered them in the return to our place.
I liked the ground, the club bar building (with windows) was so close to the touchline, it [iwas[/i the touchline, if you opened a window there was a fair chance a winger would run through it...lol
or mebbe it was my imagination
Dunno if they're still at that ground

Agreed
No need to rest players unless Chester thinks a couple would benefit from a rest.
But, certainly worth giving Batchelor & Crowther a full part in the game.
A cup run will generate confidence and a buzz within the squad, after all, we're already
in the last 16, 3 games from a final !
