Wallace would be a great signing but his game is much like Finns (only better) so I'm not sure we could play them side by side, it'd be either or I think.

At 30 he might be happy to have the opportunity to play in SL and I font think he'd be demanding anywhere near £150k a season. A 2 year deal with a further 3rd year as an option might tempt him to come for less money due to the job security.

I fully understand the reasons why WTW management keep things under wraps but not really why posters on here do, unless, of course, it's because they don 't want egg on their faces when the deal doesn't come off, so come on Avenger risk it and spill the beans!

In my case it's exactly that - I don't walnut egg on my face. The guy who's given me the nod m.is very reliable but can't be sure if a deal is done. In which case I don't want to compromise anyone. I've heard one name of a player who might be with us next year, that's all I said, I'm not claiming to have anything more than that.
As Vastman has said, if the clubs still talking to said player then I certainly don't want to be the one who kaiboshes the deal by revealing a name prematurely.
