There is a condition on the recent planning consent for residential development that states that but the Receiver applied to have the condition removed. The Trust and Sport England objected and the Council refused to remove the condition.

The Receiver may appeal the decision. That's why its important that we get the ground listed.

It is important we all sign to show the strength of feeling. However unfortunately the owner of the asset once the six months has elapsed can sell the asset to whoever they want they are not compelled to sell to the community. It does buy time though.
