Aiton is a machine!

If I was being ultra critical I'd say the timing of his passes from dummy half were a bit all over the place in the first half......very easily excusable though with his attitude and the way he performs.

He's a great role model for any young kids watching as he plays the game exactly how every profeesional sports star should do.....his efforts on the field are second to none......tremendous player....!

The Machine (Aiton) was outstanding, Sykes take a bow, Cockayne Mathers holding it together after a shake start, the whole team was on song for a change... WTID

Really pleased for Sykes. You could hear the laughter throughout the league when he signed but he's proving to be a good signing.

He reminds me very much of Tony Martin. He stepped in at 6 and was expected just to do a job, but he has had a new lease of life. Long may it continue.

He would have been in Phil Clarke's team though.

Hmm I thought Mathers had his worst game in a Wakey shirt, but to be fair he manned up and played ok second half. But this isn't a time for picking, as has been said Sykes, Aiton and Washbrook would be my 1,2,3.

Absolutely. If that isn't a good candidate for SL try of the season I don't know what is. Best try I've seen Wakey score in a long time

i would also like to give credit to the forwards today who pu the effort in to gain the hard yards and stop hull down the middle..
