And last year we sold very few season tickets, how does that add up to huge numbers sold before the first game?

When I was in the Ridings on Saturday ordering mine, my dad's and my boy's there were a few in front of me and some waiting too. The girl on the desk said they'd had a cracking week and expected it to get really busy later that day as they'd been inundated all week. We can't be that far off if in that 15 minutes alone we had sold maybe another 15 to 20. There are always people who wait right until the last minute. My mate in Barnsley didn't even know about the offer so I sent him down to Belle Vue this morning. The club has done a decent marketing job I think and certainly this extension will have boosted the numbers considerably.

Anyone know when they are being sent out? I elected to receive ours by post, it would be good to have them before Christmas?

They are available for collection from Ridings shop tomorrow, 1st December. Would have thought the posyal ones would have been sent out at the same time.

At a recent meeting of the Trust board, JE said that there were still 700 people who had bought a ST last year who hadn't yet got one for next season.

I guess it's reasonable to assume that a large number of those people will buy before the 1st game?

It depends where you live, if you’re nearby you’ll have to pick ‘em up yourself.

If you live further afield then, they will be posted, no idea what the criteria is regarding who’ll get theirs posted. Then it’s got to go through the Royal Mail

I hope thats the case BUT i am one of those along with 3 more in this house and all the people i stand with bought last year and HAVE bought this year, so i find that hard to believe.

Lets hope James is right.

Well it might be late however at 7:30 on the last day I bought one for are kid.
