Against a side who we all expected to put 40+ past us

Plenty of valid reasons for fair weather supporters.

If glover puts his hand in his pocket and makes us competitive this will start to change things along side the great initiatives he's brought to the club.

5k was ok, it was a good atmosphere in the ground, beer was cheap and those in the ground left happy.

The players on that pitch made us proud. Barely anyone left before full time.

after todays mad rush I could of quite easily of gone home, knackered back too but managed to get for the second half.

even with a low crowd our spot where we stand near the beer caravan should of been able to cope with the demand but it struggled to serve.
after wait twenty mins and the que hadn't gone down I chose to give this game a miss for a pint


while the Wakefield support chose to let the club down at least the club didn't let the fans down with the food and from what I was told the new bar in the flats.

Just over 5k isn't the best but it could have been alot worse a City the size of Wakefield should be getting bigger crowds and it will get better crowds now it's stopped being run like a corner shop. Let's face it everybody was expecting us to get hammered it was on sky which they always say knocks 2k off the gate so I'm not too despondent with the attendance. Today's visitors Warrington are the blueprint we should aim for a similar sized place to Wakefield look what the new ground did for them I know Morans money has helped but we should follow their example

In Widnes. Would love to see Trinity pull that crowd against Quins at Belle Vue.

The so called Wakefield supporters will always find a reason not to get off their
Backsides even if we were top of the league
I will say one thing for Castleford the supporters back their club unlike ours

The crowd wasnt gr8 but it was a very cold night ... Good turn out by the Warrington fans too - lots of arm chair fans tonight ...

What was their crowd for the sky match against shudds the other week? Like I said earlier we should be getting bigger crowds and the way things are going we will do this great club is in the process of being rebuilt. Other clubs are struggling at the moment who have better players it's not just us.

IIRC it was 5,900 so not much more than ours.

Thought 5k was good to say it was a Friday night Sky game and it wasn't the best of nights weather wise.
