As I understand it, the council is offering Trin the same 'officer support' as Cas got in relation to the outline planning permission: working with you and the developers to make sure the planning request meets all the requirements - what would you rather: get the work with officers done beforehand and improve the chances of it getting approved, or just bunging it in regardless and having it knocked back?

All stories about Cas at the moment (now on Sky website) - who is doing the PR for them or is it just a case of Wakey getting shafted again by the media. We always seem to attract negative vibes. We really do need some more impetus.

Not sure what Trinity could say on the ground front until a decision is made on planning. Anything they release now would not have anything concrete included and, as has been seen with previous statements of little substance, it will leave the club open to derision.
