Nowhere near Bradford. I like discussion with decent fans like yourself, it makes a change from some of the childish stuff you see on the boards.

My team are playing tonight BTW.

Nope not all of us. Some have but I'm with throwing everything at this case. At end of season I want to know we went down because we weren't good enough. If you want to survive because of a point decision good luck to you.

As for anything else, I faintly remember another club signing up loads of players, only to not be able to pay them, I also remember the same club building a great big hospitality stand only to not pay for it, and then finally secure a super league franchise on the promise of building a brand new stadium...only they didn't in the end but they still got to stay in super league???

Anyone remember who they were???

An honest question to that did we not take points deduction when the above happened?

As a Bulls supporter I would say that the way we are playing means we don't deserve to stay in the League. But I welcome the legal battle if it means a few heads at Red Hall roll as well. Their whole role in this issue from the initial under the counter loan for the lease of the ground to the promise of no points deduction if we went into admin to get rid of OK has been deplorable.

Honestly, most fans think the help you have got from Red Hall is the only reason you are still going, but you still want to have a pop at them, unbelievable Jeff!

Zero points deduction for one and four points for the second.... not exactly 12pts and a £1.2m fine is it???

Thanks, but try putting the money you saved for the family holiday and then not reacting to some of the vile cretins you have as supporters on this board and you might understand where us Bulls fans are.

The club have been run atrociously but just cos a new owner wants to challenge a decision from the idiots that run Red Hall doesn't mean for one minute I am going to stand about and read the dross on this thread without venting my spleen first.

Relegation should be settled on the pitch, not the courts, but as a club we have no choice. At the end of the day you are still going to stay up as it stands even with the points reinstated so i don't know why so many are getting so ty.

Richard Cramer was on BBC Radio Leeds tonight, he said he thought Bradford had a decent case and if he was pushed to say which way he thought it might go... He would back the Bulls to win. Now as far as I know, he isn't a one eyed Bulls fan. I see Marwan Koukash has also publicly supported the intended action, so there is support out there.

I think it is fair to say that there is much more to all of this than a straight forward case of 'you went into admin so it's 6 points'.

Who's had 12 points? Bradford broke the rules and went into admin TWICE. You lost points, said you would abide by the review outcome and still won't play ball. The RFL have bent over backwards to help you by buying your ground and giving you secret loans but you still want to take them to court. Unbelievable.

No we'll survive because we finish 12 or more points ahead of Bradford completely negating your six point deduction excuse. Don't know if you've noticed but we're already 10 points clear of you and Salford are below us as well.

For which we took our punishment, the one in place at the time, and survived anyway without all of the sycophantic claptrap and sentimental wailing about being iconic that we've seen from Bradford

Think the zero points were due to a CVA being placed on the club in 2000 that we didn't come out of til 2003.
So in theory, we didn't go bust and Super League Europe and the RFL were happy with the payments we made.
At least we make payments and not cry foul when points are deducted.
How's the 'Odsal Super Dome' coming along?

I would think the legal team at the bulls think they have a case, so why not take it further. If that results in the RFL having egg on the face all the better. The whole episodes been handled badly, by both the RFL and Bradford.
I feel sure they will be unable to get the points in the bag to remain in SL and the whole case will disappear.
Its strange that a club that was on a crest of a wave, and a club looked up to by many during the introduction of SL, will now fight against a structure it lived for not that long ago.
I got sick of the sight of bull stickers in the rear windows of cars in the wakey area during the early years of SL, and Im sure that that was the case in Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax etc. They had no regard for the game in general in their selfish development. They gave crazy contracts to local junior amateur players only to ditch them .
Anyway good luck to them, pretty sure they will get what they deserve, what goes round comes round and all that
