If the SL club challenging HMRC over a similar issue is not successful then the taxman will be accepting a number of payment plans from SL clubs. |

Unless our income increases, if we continue without fresh investment these days out at the highcourt and us loosing our best players will continue and get worse until we are unable to continue at this level, a slow death.
Both the ground and new investors are necesary to break this cycle.

This is pretty much how I see it and it's a very worrying situation. Each year we are putting together a squad on a smaller budget and with no significant rise in attendances since we entered SL. The most worrying thing for me is I don't see where new investors are going to come from unless a fan wins the Euro Millions and is prepared to throw some of that at the club. Without investment we are hanging everything on a new stadium which although it's a massive and essential step forward I just don't see it being the all saving answer to all our problems that some are suggesting. |

Yes it could and I am behind it 100% my worry is those who seem to think it's a case of get a new stadium and everything will be fine. There will still be a lot of work needed on marketing the new stadium and getting sponsorship in lets hope we have the people in place to do this. |

If the situation is not clear cut and all clubs are facing similar issues, why aren't the RL involved? and why were we facing a winding up order today? |
