I'll forgive him after he gets us a win next week, otherwise he's off.'"
You know what El Rey...knowing my lifetime with Wakefield and knowing hte way we are with the current set up, I wouldn't be surpised beyond belief( like I was with GANSON not knowing how to judge an offside in the Hull derby) if we beat Wigan..but this is Wakefield. We are a badly organised outfit and the ins and outs are irrelevant, we just stumble along and the personnel make little difference to the pattern... when that is clear, that is the time to change the coach

| Quote: passionate "Speaking of Isaac John... he also said that they play a different style, so he obviously needed to figure that out. And Cleary has told him to play his own style.
Even though Isaac was frozen out by Agar around this time last year, he didn't bag his coach. From some of the comments that i have read sounds like he was thinking of leaving League all together. All that in a year of being here. Hope he does well at Panthers, but i wish we could've had it here. Different coaches get different things from there players.'"
John was bought into a surplus of halves. And into a squad with no plan. You don't get to be an NZ international by being rubbbish but Agar's Wakefield sure made him look it

Really sorry for him. He is a true captain and puts everything in. In my anger at our crap, it was obvious what he was putting in. Typical of how things are going that one of our best plyaers and tryers gets fd up

Tautai is one of the best players in the Wakefield team with Kirmond and he's had 2 days of coaching from Agar which in 2 days too much & he probably didn't need! Very very poor we are very poor in defence and our two wingers are having an absolute nightmare
Charlie exposed by Lynne for me. Winger can'tplay for 2

Out of those that would sack him, who would people like to see brought in?'"
Frankly don't care. A short term appointment fo the remainder. Someone proposed Willie Poching and I'm happy to see how that goes for 12 matches. NOTHING ccan be as bad as this Seeite

I was amazed when we signed John having watched him in the previous World Cup. I was very disappointed with his performaces but it less so now as our fiasco goes on

| Quote: jack in the box "Look you can all question Agars judgement as much as you want but with the squad he has been given all that was needed was a couple of injuries and a drop in form from a player or two and the bloke has no where to go.
As an example we started the season with one hooker, one half back and a stand off who was a centre/ fullback that we dropped lucky with. Wildie and Wood our only back ups are not SL class.
I seem to remember a great deal of Euphoria when the spirit of 1873 took over the club. I remember Andrew Glover been interviewed as he walked around the terraces saying "The clubs financial problems are now over" and "We will be spending the full salary cap"
The bottom line is whilst ever we spend less than everyone else in SL we have no right to expect anything other than being at the bottom of the plie. Its a miracle that we have won as many games as we have.
So sack Agar, bring in someone else but things won't be much different unless the new coach is given the financial resources that the other coachs have at their disposal.'"
No way... sorry. He has ballsed up what he has been given and i wouldnt give him any real money as he inspires no confidence in me at all regarding how he has deakt with what he has

It seems to me agar is relying on some off the cuff stuff to get us enough points to win games. The team seem incapable of earning territory and building pressure through good honest hard work.
Defence is atrocious and shows no sign of improving and the fight seems to have gone out of the team cos when the going gets tough too many if em go missing'"
That's about right for me

| Hmmm just watched the game in Eurosport... Clearly the team were not prepared for the physical battle in the first 20. There was no intensity for the whole game in line ... Nothing like the effort required in driving the ball, and supporting the ball carrier.
Today was the version of Tim Smith which was on show weekly in Australia. I hope he gets his confidence back!
The team lacked direction and purpose in the face of a real battling and focussed show from Cas.

Disagree bens our mate but his positional play was shocking today, in fact his whole game was and he wasn't any better last week. Been one of our top performers this season so hopefully it's just a blip in form

| Cockayne currently reminds me very much of Gareth Morton. Poor positioning, too slow to get across, too small to do anything if he does get across, regular loss of ball during collisions, poor under high ball, kicking dead from the restart etc etc.
He has got better tats though and a few more palls on the terraces to help cover his frailties.

| While I agree that we were terrible and big changes are required, I don't think anyone is being fair to Cas here. They (Chase especially) played very well, were clearly up for it and want that 8th spot. They passed it around and tried things while we just fell back to the old one pass and run it straight back into the last tackle rugby that is boring, clearly doesn't get points on the board and won't help sell season tickets for next year (anyone still think we are being undercharged for the quality of entertainment this season???)
