| Quote mwildcats="mwildcats"Come on mutley, your better than that. People whos been on here a while say people start criticising peoples grammar when they've lost an argument. FWIW I was stood close by and although there was wrong on their parts they heavy handiness of the stewards where OTT.
I sang we all hate hull as did many of the elder generation I was stood near. TBF to these individuals they pay their money as you and I do to support our team "if they just wanted a fight there's plently to find round westgate with a beer", they do start chants and support the team.
I think they need to realise when enough is enough and calm it down and stop pretending their big and ard infront of their mates and a few lasses but wasnt too bad imo.'"
ok mw constructive criticism taken on board, that's the way the older generation disscuss / argue .
in a nut shell it was apparent right from the start that the boys were way to intoxicated and way to silly to even be allowed in the ground as mentioned before .
in fact the ones who were trying to use junior passes should off been detained by the authorities and the guardians contacted.
i did say earlier that i dont think they would of dared do it in the old boulevard.

| I understand, it just seems a fair few people seem to have it in for us
a bit of banter is fine and sometimes i have gone over the top.
If this was at a football game though, do you think it would have been like this?

| Quote smeats93="smeats93"Ok. Bullet points
1) IS it not ok for us to sing we all hate hull. But other teams to sing we hate rhinos?
=redat least 1000 fans sung it with no restrain so yes
2) Its not goading its banter.
=redI witnessed some of the boys giving the come over actions with their hands and giving 2 fingered salutes , a dictionary will define goading and this may fall into that catagory.
3) Why is it then, when we are so called 'drunken and disorderly' that we are only refused entry at hull fc and hull kr.
=redare you admitting to being disorderly else where? maybe its because hull have a rep of ripping like minded people to shreds4) I =redwas thrown out, but hooligans fight and have organised fights we don't no but you "met them and had a laugh"
5) So its ok for stewards to throw lads who are 15-18 dwn stairs and bust open there faces.
=redno its not and its not ok for the 15 year old to be drunk
6) We met the so called hull firm? Yet nothing happened singing, chanting and no fighting.
=redare you Danny dyer
7) Lastly, last year at hull fc, a few members of our fans had a scuffle, why did nobody bring this point up? Because we are younger it means its different then?
=redit got brought up and had 2 different threads , it also had the same theme drink and stewards yet the same supporters who never get thrown out were fine.
'"
as it really not dawned on you why the trouble constantly follows you ?
listen love just maybe these stewards prevented you from ending up in A&E another waste of my f'ing tax

| In my opinion, yeah, maybe some of the stuff sung was a bit unnecessary and that it was probably not needed, but the majority of songs started from up at the back where the group was sat.
On the number of occassions I looked round, they were always singing and clapping, and nine times out of 10 it was directed at the pitch.
It shows a great deal of passion in my opinion, something which I think should they should be credited for, rather than done for.

| Quote t-r-i-n-i-t-y="t-r-i-n-i-t-y"I'll tell you why the 'We all hate XYZ' chants should be left to rest - we, in the last six months, have lost two members of our playing squad, and in the last year had a number of players who are part of the foundations of this club. Let's have a bit of respect for the players who take to the field for all teams and support our own lads rather than denigrate others.
I don't like Bradford, there are other teams I'm not particularly fond of, but I love my club and I support my club. They aren't perfect, they do things which annoy me, but jeez, I am a Wakefield Trinity Wildcats supporter, and rather than use phrases like 'never has beens' like I have in the past, I' going to be as positive as I can be about those men that take to the field with my hopes and dreams on their backs.
You go back and look at the posts on the threads about Walker and Watene and see supporters from all clubs on there offering support and condolence - and then sing 'We all hate XYZ'
I'm really annoyed about all this, probably too much, but I don't want to see the goodwill and good name our club has do to waste cos a few idiots can't hold a drink and enjoy the game without swearing, goading and generally being offensive.
If a steward tells you to sit down, you sit down. If they tell you to stop swearing, you stop swearing. If they tell you to keep your shirt on, you keep your shirt on. You don't listen to them - tough.
If you genuinely believe you shouldn't have been kicked out of the stadium - write to the SMC, to both clubs and explain why. Don't try to justify yourselves on here, sort it with those who have 'wronged' you.'"

I don't care what it's like at a football match. This isn't football, this is rugby league - I'm proud we're a family sport and I'd like it to stay that way. All people need to do is behave - it really is simple.

As you get older your priorities change, the majority go to watch the game, to support the team and to have a laugh and some banter. When your young it's generally the other way around.
What you need to understand is that whilst you consider your 'banter' a bit of fun others might well see it as offensive and threatening.
If you are a genuine supporter of the club then please realise that your behaviour is not helping the club but in fact it is damaging the club.

Agree entirely!
Also although lots of the chants were started by our bunch at the back some have got caught up in the excitement and took things too far? Chants are chants and make a great atmostphere but trying to antagonise opposition fans is another thing.
Im 17 but have had the odd drink at a match however never being thrown out for it? I would ashamed if i had.
A case of a select few "tarring" the rest's reputation.
