The most recent is something you need to apply for, when youre registering a new company, and whenever the issued share capital of the company has been changed.
Not much to do this afternoon so had a look at this. I was surprised to see my name along with all the others who subscribed to the member shares scheme.
I think currently, no news is good news, those know it alls on RWB Facebook are still stirring the pot particularly against JM. My own opinion on the matter is that the new owner is allowing MC and JM the respect they deserve for delivering the redevelopment and being the ones who finally receive the keys to the Stadium once completed.

The names surprised me too. Its not a problem particularly, just didn't realise they'd be listed as member shareholders.....as opposed to owner shareholders. |

I'm assuming Frank Carter is Michael's dad ? He has 300000 member shares on that list. Does that mean he has donated £300k to the club and was that done recently in line with the rest of the fans who donated to that scheme or is that allocation from something totally different ?

I assume it was at the same time as there wasn't a concept of member shares before that. |
