Got himself into a position to do this, rather than 'pass the parcel' down the line.

One was a clear ball steal and karma gave us the ball back 10 seconds later so that’s a push.
There was one other mistake from him. Probably easily overshadowed by the breaks he created from his passing and actually giving our backs the ball deep which put hull on the back foot. That was a good debut.
There were a few key moments in that game and probably more rotten luck.
Westerman pushing Pitts down and conceding repeat set leading to first try.
George kings lost ball under no pressure when we looked to be in the ascendency.
The “try” from refs call which at both angles had wakey players arm under from every angle (I really don’t understand that).
The savelio try we’re Fanoua’s knee connected with tupou mid air and knocked him off the ball. It was contact and it knocked Tupou to the floor so I really can’t understand how that stood.

| Queried the knee in the back too. Yes it was a contest but Tupou was clearly impeded when trying to catch the ball. However it is what it is, I don't think Trinity would get the decision overturned had the roles been switched.

I thought it might be Kay. It was a positive test for someone who was already self isolating and hadn't been in contact at the club recently.

Yes that was a shame as it was great build up play with supporting numbers. Try time that was.

| Great great effort. Crap TV commentary. So one sided.

| Had to laugh with the commentary when a Trinity player loses the ball with all sorts of interference they have to hold onto it better, yet on the flip side the Hull player had the ball stripped in the same situation

| You’d think Joe Cator was the only player on the field the way they babbled on about him. Hope they had enough Kleenex.

| Best pass of the night was Bailey to Tupou cutout ball in the 2nd half, he then supported down the inside and was unlucky not to supply the final pass for the try.

Oh, I'm so sorry, what the hell's got into me, I'm a fan, I'm not allowed to vent my personal dissatisfaction, silly me.
What part of my comment do you disagree with? That Tanginoa isn't a prop!
That in the right team he could be class!
Or that our kicking game wasn't woeful!
Sorry for not getting with the program.

| thought we played ok and tried hard we just didn't have the quality.
RYAN HAMPSHIRE IS NOT A HALFBACK
thought the young kids did good- Connor looks solid - play him for rest of year and see if he can be our starting 6 for years to come.
a big turning point in the game was 5 mins before half time we should of got a repeat set but we allowed them to get out of the in goal and they went down the other end and scored .

| Negatives -still came away without a win, Hull rested players and fielded a youthful team.Refs input apart,we still managed to bomb enough chances that would have won us the game without some strange decisions from the officials, last play options still atrocious.
Positives - Pitts and Westerman led from the front and took the game to hull ,much more energy from the team as a whole in attack and defence. Kelepi isn’t a battering ram as proven tonight ,use both his speed and strength out wide and suddenly you see a devastating player instead of an average prop.Real shame for me is I’d like to see this team go up against a full strength side And get some games under their belts ,but no doubt will get chopped and changed yet again so will struggle with consistency.Great to see youngsters coming through with the energy And enthusiasm they bring which I thought complimented the older guys well, with a good mix of youth alongside experience on show .
