Unless Yorkcourt come to the party there is no Belle Vue project. There will be a superbowl development either way though as that 88M alone.

Don't know where that comes from tbh. 88M are our landlords and other than the basics they won't do anything.

They will happily upgrade the stadium but they will up the rent accordingly to get their money back and a profit. Not saying that's impossible but WE will be the ones paying for it.

Very hard to stay positive about any of this ground business any more. It seems without a Mr Big coming along for either Newmarket or Belle Vue then neither is going to progress. I admire the guys fighting for the cause but it's been stalemate for so long now, it's hard to see a breakthrough coming.
