I think it's excellent... if this does enough to satisfy the RFL board then kicking you out is far from a foregone conclusion. Administration can't be used as a reason thanks to the Crusaders. I'd say if this works out well it will be worth the investment and a potential masterstroke.

You will not like this but its a bluff! it will not get done before the franchises are announced and after they are announced there is no need to do it. If you get demoted then it will not get done and if you get a franchise why waste the money when you are moving to Newmarket. It does not make sense to spend all that cash when Newmarket is in the pipe line.
