Everyone is aware there is the SL 'touting' rule. However Agents,players and clubs do talk long before the transfer dealines.
Contracts are agreed,signed and then tucked away in drawers till after the deadline.
The problem is that if this happens the club can offer everything they can but the player can't be signed on.
All the club can then do is move on and use the money to sign a player as good, if not better ,who wants to play for us.

I'm speculating that a last minute up from Cas has more to do with politics than any need Cas have to sign said player. But yes I agree we did get Brough and Sculthorpe so we are not lilly white. That said we don't appears to have the same morbid fascination in signing Cas players as yoo have ours over the past 20 years. |

i dont know about that mate, you think back over the last 20 years and i reckon we are about equal on that front, we have both had some crap from each other and a few good ones too. |
