If you want to set a benchmark on the playing front, one good set of short videos to watch was a series from about 3 years ago, called Preparing The Panthers. It touches on training, diet, rehab etc

Its also good for positive mindset for those who generally want to get fitter.

How things change over the years. Think neutrals general dislike of Saints helps with a more positive outlook towards Wigan but also what's not to like about Field and French.

One thing I don't mind about Wigan these daysis the fact they're not affraid of blooding their young players, I'd say they do so more than Saints.
