| Quote altofts wildcat="altofts wildcat"I am sure this will bring out the usual moaners about Sky moving games but lets be honest there is over 5 weeks notice and are well within their contractual rights to move this. As soon as we started winning a couple of games and getting close to Cas this was always going to be a Sky game.
For all those people moaning that they now can't go there will be also people who now can so its swings and roundabouts. It wont affect the attendance as with our reduced capacity it will sell out.'"
Imo most people by nature are selfish and rightly so. I don’t care if Joe Public can go or not. If it affects me that’s when I would start to vent as people are doing now.
As for me I can still go so other than not preferring Fridays I can make it and doesn’t so much affect me.

You’re right of course. Problem is that those who couldn’t go on Sunday were resigned to the fact and Friday is a bonus - happy fans. But those who’d made arrangements for the Sunday and now can’t go on Friday are peed off - grumpy fans. It doesn’t take much to turn grumpy fans in to non fans

| I think this is why we now see Friday night as the preferred day by nearly all clubs. It makes no difference if sky chose your game as it was on Friday anyway. OK you may get moved to Thursday but that's not very often.

| Was in town this morning so called in and got tickets for family members and was told that tickets are selling well for this one as it WILL be a sell-out, so it might be a good idea for other's to do the same

| Over on the Cas forum they are claiming that their club has as limited allocation of only 500. I am not sure of our capacity at the moment but I would have thought their allocation would be a bit more

I agree but, with Sky dictating each game and whether it will be shown, there is absolutely nothing we can do, other than hope for a Trinity win.
We'll lose some fans for the game and hopefully gain some others.
Looks like its heading for a sell out and for those that cant make the game, hopefully they can find a screen to watch us beat them

| Wouldn't 500 be 10%? I think that's more than fair enough considering our reduced capacity.

I’m not sure if our current capacity is as high as 5000, some fans on the Cas forum are asking what the capacity is for this game. I think it’s around 4700. Something like 500 seated 1500 West terrace, 2300 North end, 400 hospitality, I’m probably wrong though
