The current weather forecast isn’t good for Friday night. Heavy rain particularly around ko time. I don’t know if that’s a benefit or not for Trinity, but if we are good enough on the night we’ make our own luck. |

It’s pretty well known that Salford have one of the thinnest squads around, especially in the spine positions. With them also coming off a short turnaround and back to back defeats then this ones there for the taking. |

They will still have Sio, Lafai, Watkins and Burgess feeding off Sneyd across the backline. That's where we'll struggle to contain them if anywhere. |

Big game this.
Win this game and it re-instates some hope assuming Cas don’t win again.
If we don’t beat Salford at home then I think it would be pretty much time to start considering building a very strong Championship team for next season. The games are unfortunately starting to run out and there is no more excuses. If we want to be in the top flight we must win on Friday and continue winning. For me we are looking at 5-6 wins so that’s around 50% or a bit more.
